E-Design: Kitchen or Bath

Service Description

Need help with the details of your kitchen or bathroom refresh? This package is for you. Swell House Studio LLC will curate your finishes and mail you samples (where applicable). We breathe new life into your kitchen or bathroom by thoughtfully curating everything from faucets and lighting, to backsplash and countertops, and paint colors for your walls and cabinets. You schedule your initial video consultation to discuss your project with a Swell House Studio LLC designer to discuss your project scope and needs for the room. Then we will provide you with a concept board for the discussed room, and mail you product samples (where applicable). Option 1: Once you approve the design (with one revision included, if requested), we will email you a retail purchase list. You then take the reins and purchase your products, hiring contractors, painters, etc. to complete your project. Option 2: Once you approve the design (with one revision included, if requested), we will email you a retail purchase list so you can purchase some of the items. You purchase the remaining items through the Swell House Studio LLC catalog, which will require payment in full prior to Swell House Studio LLC ordering and shipping the items to you. These items are not available to the general public, only to the trade. Once you receive all of your products, you contract out and put your room together at your leisure. Swell House Studio LLC will take care of the design, and a portion of the purchasing, and you take the reins to see the remainder of the product through. Price listed is for the designed room finishes, per (one) room. Products are not included in the design fee. If additional revisions are requested (outside of the one included), you will be billed at an hourly rate, with a one hour minimum.
