E-Design: Room

Service Description

E-design is a wonderful option to have one (or many) rooms in your home beautifully curated, without the price tag of a full in-home design or remodel. We provide the design, you purchase the products (or some of the products) and put the room together. Inquire at Hello@SwellHouseStudio.com to get started. We’ll have you fill out a quick questionnaire about your project. Then, you send us room photos and measurements, then we meet up via Zoom to discuss the project scope, needs, wants and desired aesthetic. We then email you a mood board and you can request one round of revisions, if you're not satisfied. Option 1 (more economical): After your design is finalized, a detailed room layout and a shopping list will be emailed to you, so you can purchase, contract out and set up the room at your leisure. Swell House Studio LLC will take care of the design, and then you take the reins to see the project through. We are here to help you give your space that WOW factor, within your budget. Option 2 (custom): After your design is finalized, a detailed room layout and a shopping list will be emailed to you, so you can purchase some of your products. You purchase the remaining items through the Swell House Studio LLC catalog, which will require payment in full prior to Swell House Studio LLC ordering and shipping the items to you. These items are not available to the general public, only to the trade. Once you receive all of your products, you contract out and set up the room at your leisure. Swell House Studio LLC will take care of the design, and a portion of the purchasing, and you take the reins to see the remainder of the project through. Price is per(one) room and includes the items discussed above. There are two E-design options, depending on budget. If additional revisions are requested (outside of the one included revision), you will be billed at an hourly rate, with a one hour minimum.
